Recent Check-up

Mommy went to the doctor recently. It was a short visit though because Dr. Nawab said he had patients in the hospital who were going to have their babies. I guess that's a good reason for me. He did an ultra sound to make sure I am doing okay. I am! He said I am doing perfectly! He also said he thinks I am a girl. He also said it is early to tell. I didn't give him great opportunities to check. Every time mommy goes to the doctor, he says he thinks he knows what I am, but then he says it too early to tell though. He also changes whether he thinks I am a boy or girl, so mommy and daddy really aren't sure. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures this time, Dr. Nawab printed one out that shows my heartbeat, but mommy hasn't scanned it yet. It is really hard to tell where I am in the picture. Mommy thinks I look like a football. Mommy will scan it next week. Next week is mommy's last week off until she goes back to teaching. She is looking forward to starting a new school year. She just hopes that her class is as wonderful as her class last year was. She really enjoyed that class. Before I arrive, mommy and daddy will be getting a new addition to their family and mommy is a little bit sad about it. When mommy started teaching, she bought herself a really sporty, nice car, and she loves it! She knew that eventually she would have to trade it for another car because it is 2door and only has 2seats. That means no room for me. So, mommy and daddy are getting ready to get rid of the car. They are going to look for really good Labor day sales. Mommy will be sad when she has to give up her car, but as soon as I get here, she will be perfectly fine with it. She knew the day would come.
