Mommy went back to the doctor again yesterday. It was just a follow up from the sonogram that showed I was a girl. Dr. Nawab took some of Mommy's blood and listened to my heart beat. He said that everything look good. I will have to go back in four weeks. Luckily for the next appointment, Mommy wonn't have to take off anytime from work. She is going on a Jewish holiday, Roshashanna (sp?), and she is going on the morning when it is not a zoo like it was yesterday. Mommy's appointment was around lunch time and it was packed! It was also crowded because Dr. Nawab's nurse was out because she had triplets that were 6 pounds each! The other nurse was out, and there was a temp nurse. Next time Mommy's appointment is in the morning, so it should be better.
This marked the end of the second week of school. Everything is going great at school for mommy. She REALLY likes her class. She thinks she got the "good" class again this year. She thinks that happens to her a lot. Maybe she is just a good teacher and the kids like her so they want to be good for her, or maybe mommy just really likes what she does and always loves her classes. Who knows? Anyway, mommy is VERY happy with her class. She was worried in the beginning because she liked last year's class SO much she though she wouldn't like this class. Now it is almost a race for top class. Mommy hasn't thought about last year in a while, so that is a good sign. Mommy is also surprised how bright most of these kids are. It will be a good year until I am born, and then the substitute will have an easy time. Mommy feels so much better about this year. Now she can concentrate on me!
