Growing, Growing, Growing!

Baby Ali is growing, growing, growing! He had his 2 month check up today. He weighs 11lbs 9oz and is 24 & 1/2 inches long. He moved from the 75th percentile for height to the 90th! He was a good boy the whole time and very smiley, until he had to get his shots. He had to get 2 shots. he cried more in the doctor's office from his shots than he has all week. He is doing fine now. I love my baby brother more and more everyday. I keep telling Mommy I don't want to give him back.

Here is a funny picture Mommy took of me. Lately, Pinocchio has been my movie of choice. I watch it over and over. Mommy is wondering if next week I will choose a different movie.

This week has been a fun week. I am enjoying being back at gym class and Mommy and I made cupcakes! I am also looking forward to next week because Mommy told me we are going to Brady and Bennett's house and Uncle Eric is going to be there! Everytime Mommy tells me we are going to Brady and Bennett's house I ask about my Uncle Eric. I like him. He is very silly and plays with me a lot. Here are a couple pictures of Mommy and me making cupcakes.

 Mommy decided to make the cupcakes from scratch, that means no box. I got to help Mommy put in all the ingredients and count how many cups of each we needed. I have become a very good counter. Whenever I notice more of one of the same thing, I have to count and find out how many.

 This is the best part of making cupcakes. Licking the batter! Mommy thinks I'm silly because I love to eat the batter, but when the cupcakes are done I don't want the cake part and just lick the icing off the top of the cupcake.

Oops! Mommy filled the cupcakes up too much! Maybe next time she should let me do it.
